Madison Capital Ventures can arrange for equity or debt financing based on the requirements of the business or the project. We can connect a start up or expansion stage company to the funds needed. Or, if you are a developer or real estate professional that has a well-conceived, demand driven project, we can participate with capital and debt financing to get your project completed.
Two main areas of focus:
- MCV invests or arranges investment in start up to expansion-stage Information Technology, Outsourced Business Services, and Industrial Technology focused on “green” or “reusable” material companies.
- MCV provides qualifying developer partners and their projects with the equity or participating debt needed to complete new developments or reposition existing projects.
MCV was founded in 2003 and has offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Phoenix.
